Opportunities

Contact us to chat about opportunities, get questions answered, and see how we can set-up a project. Keep in mind that in the Taiwanese system, postdoc positions are usually not announced, i.e., you first have to get into contact with a supervisor, and then a proposal is submitted for your position. For a PhD position, you follow the application deadlines of NTU and contact the lab for a specific project.

Postdoc

Thinking about a postdoc with us? Start by connecting with a potential host. Together, you’ll shape a proposal to submit for funding. Projects can run up to three years, though funding is usually awarded one year at a time.

PhD or Master's Student

If you’re Taiwanese, please follow the usual admission channels—you likely know them better than we do ;)
If you're an international student, admissions generally align with the start of the semester (usually after summer, though PhDs may also begin in winter). Whether you’re applying for a master’s or PhD, we encourage you to reach out to us first to discuss possible projects—either your own ideas or ones connected to our ongoing work. One option for PhD students is applying via the TIGP program.
For detailed information, please visit the NTU website, and feel free to contact us!!

Internships

If you’re interested in an internship or exchange in our lab, we’d be happy to hear from you and discuss ideas. Students can join through exchange programs such as IIPP. And of course, if you have your own funding, you’re very welcome to get in touch so we can plan a project together.
